Welcome to Dune Buggy Dubai. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of payment.
  • We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation prior to the tour.
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, debit/credit cards, and valid online or bank transfer options. Full payment and charges will be processed in AED.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Cancellations between 24 to 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour start are non-refundable, as is a “no-show.”
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Changes & No‑Shows

  • If you fail to arrive at the designated location by the specified time, your booking will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to alter or cancel booked tours due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or operational issues. If a material change is made and no suitable alternative is offered, you may be entitled to a full refund.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Participating in dune buggy activities involves certain risks. By booking, you confirm you are physically fit, mentally capable, and able to follow all safety instructions.
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any personal property loss or damage during tours.

5. Age Restrictions & Conduct

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old, or between 16–18 with additional consent documentation, depending on local rules. Minors under 18 are not permitted to book or drive buggies independently.
  • You must follow all safety instructions and respect the tour leader’s guidance. If deemed unsafe, you may be removed from the activity without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • The content on dunebuggy.ae—including text, images, videos, logos—is owned by Dune Buggy Dubai and protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
  • We grant you a limited, non‑transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Dune Buggy Dubai harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand arising from your use of our website or participation in activities, including violation of these Terms.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unusually severe weather.

9. Amendments

  • We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms. We encourage you to periodically review this page.

10. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring you carry valid identification, passport or visa (if required). We are not responsible for denied access due to missing documents. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dubai courts.
