Cancelation and Refund Policy

At Dune Buggy Dubai, we understand plans can change. This policy sets out how refunds and cancellations are handled to ensure clarity and fairness for all guests.

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

Full Refund

  • Cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. 

No Refund

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or failure to arrive on time (“no-show”) are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • All cancellation requests must be made directly to Dune Buggy Dubai via email at info@dunebuggy.ae.

  • A cancellation becomes official only after receiving written confirmation from our team.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial or Supplier-Led Cancellations

If we must amend the itinerary, change the tour date, or cancel due to adverse weather, safety considerations, or operational reasons, we will provide an alternative tour or offer a full refund if no suitable substitute is available.

Booking & Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at least 48 hours before the tour start. If payment is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, your booking will be classified as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of extreme weather, natural disaster, governmental restrictions, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel tours.

  • While refunds in these situations are discretionary, we seek to offer alternative dates or services where reasonably possible.
